Audit 3 or more services and we prioritise your report. How referrals work

ABCASolutions

How it works

You send bills. We send a document.

No discovery call and no qualification process. Everything below happens inside 7 working days.

How it works

Four steps, and only one of them is yours.

No discovery call, no qualification process. You send bills; we send a document.

  1. Day 001

    Send us the bills

One recent bill per service. Upload them, email them, or send photos from your phone — a legible photo of a statement is enough to start.

    Takes about five minutes

  2. Days 1–702

    We rebuild your real costs

We work out your effective rate on each line, check it against live pricing across our panel, and note every contract end date and notice period we find.

    No calls, no sales process

  3. Day 703

    You get the report

Current cost against market cost, line by line, with the annual difference in pounds and the contract end date on every service. Yours to keep either way.

    A document, not a callback

  4. Ongoing04

    We hold your renewal dates

Every end date from the audit goes in the diary. We come back 90 days before each one, which is the window where switching is actually possible.

Only if you want us to

What we ask for

One recent bill per service. That is the whole ask.

A legible photo taken on your phone is enough to start. If a document turns out to be missing something we need, we ask once — we do not send you a form.

  • Your most recent merchant statement
  • Terminal rental agreement, if separate
  • EPOS invoice or contract
  • Hardware lease agreement, if separate
  • A recent gas bill
  • A recent electricity bill
  • Your renewal letter, if one has arrived
  • Your latest telecoms bill, including the itemised pages
  • Mobile account summary
  • Three months of business bank statements
  • Your current tariff sheet, if you have it
  • Your policy schedule
  • Your latest renewal invitation
  • Loan or facility agreements
  • Asset finance schedules
  • Merchant cash advance agreement

Uploads go to private encrypted storage, readable only by the consultant working on your audit. We delete documents on request and never pass them to a supplier without your say-so.

Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00. Not a 24/7 promise we cannot keep.

No fee to you, ever

Suppliers pay us. You are never invoiced by ABCA.

The report is yours to keep

Take it to your accountant, your bank or anyone else.

Renewal dates diarised

We come back 90 days out, so the window is never missed.

What the report contains

Five columns, and one of them is the date you nearly missed.

The report is written to be read by someone who is not going to switch. That is the point of it.

Where a line is already competitive the report says so and recommends nothing. Those lines earn us nothing, and they are the reason the report is worth reading.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Something not covered here? Call and ask. No form first.

Nothing, at any stage. There is no consultation fee, no report fee and no success fee. Like every broker in this market we are paid by a supplier if you choose to move to them, which is what keeps the audit free — and if you stay where you are, you keep the report anyway.

A written report, usually within 7 working days of us having your bills. It sets out what each service costs you today, what the same service costs across our panel, the annual difference in pounds, and the end date and notice period on every contract we find. The report is yours to keep and to take to anyone else.

No. A good proportion of the lines we audit come back as 'you are already on a competitive rate, do nothing'. Those lines earn us nothing and we still write them.

A recent bill for each service you want reviewed — typically a merchant statement, a gas and electricity bill and a telecoms bill. Three months of bank statements if you want banking included. That is the whole ask.

Uploads go to private, encrypted storage. Only the consultant working on your audit can open them. We do not sell or share your data, and we delete documents on request. Full detail is in our privacy notice.

Yes. ABCA Solutions Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller, which is a requirement for holding your business's billing data.

A comparison site returns a list of quotes based on what you type into a form. We read your actual bills, work out your real effective cost, and hand you a document. The difference is that we do the work before you commit to anything.

Yes, and they are among the most worthwhile audits we do. Half-hourly electricity, KVA capacity charges set for a previous occupier and service-charge overlap on multi-let estates are all common and all expensive.

Nothing you have not asked for. If you want to move on a recommendation we handle the paperwork and the switch. If you do not, we diarise every contract end date we found and come back to you 90 days before each one.

The last step is yours

Send us three bills. Keep the report either way.

It takes about five minutes at your end. Nothing is chargeable, nothing auto-renews, and nobody calls you unless you ask.
